Security Breach Reported At PM Modi’s Rally In Karnataka

New Delhi: A security breach was reported during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Davangere ‘Vijay Sankapla Yatra’ rally.

In the video, a youth can be seen trying to reach closer to the PM’s convoy and he is tackled by security and beaten up.

This is the second instance of a security breach during the PM’s rally. The first one was in the Hubli road show when a kid came close to the PM’s convoy.

The incident took place when PM Modi was heading towards the Hubballi-Dharwad Railway Sports Ground to inaugurate the 26th edition of the National Youth Festival. However, the boy was pulled away by the security personnel.

Weeks ahead of the Karnataka assembly elections, PM Modi on Saturday inaugurated the Rs-4,249 crore, 13.71-km Whitefield (Kadugodi) to Krishnarajapura metro line, which comprises 12 stations. Officials said this section is the eastern extension of the operational East-West Corridor (Purple Line) from Baiyappanahalli to Whitefield Station.
