Mumbai: Bollywood film producer Kamal Kishor Mishra allegedly rammed his car into her wife, after she reportedly caught him with another lady in a car in Mumbai, according to Amboli police.
Police claimed that the incident, which happened on October 19 in the parking lot of a residential complex in the district of Andheri, left the filmmaker’s wife grievously wounded.

Notably, Mishra’s last film to hit the theatres was “Dehati Disco”.
The Amboli police official stated on Wednesday that the filmmaker’s wife lodged an FIR against him when she went out looking for her husband and saw him in his car with another woman in the parking lot.
The official quoted the complaint as saying that when she went to confront him, he attempted to flee the scene by driving the car and struck her in the process, causing injuries to her head, hand, and legs.
According to him, Mishra had an FIR filed against him at the Amboli police station under the applicable Indian Penal Code sections 279 (rash driving) and 337 (causing harm by risking the lives or personal safety of others) based on the complaint.
However, the producer has been detained by Amboli police and is being interrogated, Amboli police stated on Thursday.
