Mumbai: At least 10 persons died and more than 20 were injured when a truck plowed into four vehicles and a dhaba in Maharashtra’s Dhule district on Tuesday.
This accident occurred at around 10 am on the Mumbai-Agra highway near Palasner village in Dhule district at a distance of 300 km from Mumbai.
As per reports, the brakes of the truck failed and it went out of control of the driver. The truck rammed into two bikes, a car, and another truck before crashing into a dhaba near a bus stop on the highway. Then the truck overturned.
Some of the victims were waiting at the bus stop. The truck was on its way to Dhule from Madhya Pradesh.
