12-Yr-Old Boy Killed by Classmates, When He Caught Them Smoking in Delhi

New Delhi: Two juveniles were detained by Delhi Police on Friday on charges of killing their 12-year-old classmate who caught them smoking. This incident occurred in the Badarpur police station area of Delhi.

The body of the 12-year-old boy was located in a drain near a government school in Badarpur. The victim was identified as a class 8 student of an MCD School. Post mortem report revealed that the boy had been beaten to death by some blunt object.

Further investigation unraveled the involvement of two juveniles studying in the same class as the deceased.  It was found that the apprehended juveniles were smoking in secret. The deceased boy saw them smoking cigarettes on the school premises. He threatened to report it to the teachers.

The accused then took him to an isolated spot and attacked him. The severe head injury led to the death of the accused.
