3 Kanwariyas Killed as Truck Rams Autorickshaw in Keonjhar

Keonjhar: Three Kanwariyas died and two others were seriously injured when a container truck rammed into an autorickshaw near Khireitangiri toll gate in Odisha’s Keonjhar district on Monday.

The kanwariyas were returning home in that autorickshaw after pouring the holy water at a Shiva temple.

All three deceased died on the spot. All five ill-fated kanwariyas were from the Telkoi area in the Keonjhar district. In another accident in early hours of Monday, two kanwariyas died and 13 others were injured when a speeding car hit them near Betnoi under Aska police station limits in Ganjam district.
