An elephant got stuck in the mud and died

It has been reported that a female elephant has died after getting stuck in mud in the Kamakshanagar area. The forest department estimates the age of the dead elephant to be 3 to 4 years. It has been reported that a female elephant got stuck in the mud and died near the Danar pond in the Kankali village of Kamakshanagar West Range this morning.

It is assumed that she died because she could not get out of the mud for a long time. Even after being stuck in the mud for so long, no news reached the forest department. After the death of the elephant, the forest department personnel reached the spot. According to previous information, a group of 5 elephants went to the pond to drink water on Tuesday afternoon. After being trapped for 5 to 6 hours, the elephants went to the nearby forest. However, it seems that a mother elephant died here this morning. Ranger Forest Bihari Sardar said how the elephant died will be known after the investigation.
