Another Constable Dies After Giving Physical Test in Ganjam

Ganjam: Another candidate who took part in the physical test for recruitment of police constables died at the MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur.

The deceased was identified as Harish Chandra Kulesia of Jagdalpur village under Ambadola police limits of Rayagada district.

According to reports, the deceased suddenly fell ill while taking part in sprints as part of the physical test for recruitment of male police constables being held at the Rayagada Reserve Police Ground. He was rushed to MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur after his condition deteriorated.

He died while undergoing treatment.

Earlier, another constable candidate named Diptiranjan Das of Shyamsundarpur village under Khallikote block passed away after falling sick after running for 1600 metres during the physical test.
