Baby Born Without Head & Mouth in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj

Mayurbhanj: A rare and strange baby without a head and mouth was born in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district. The incident has come to the fore from Kulapata village under the Saraskana Block of Mayurbhanj district.

The parents of the baby were identified as Chudamani Hansda and Bablu Maharana.

According to sources, Chudamani was taken to Bangriposi Hospital in an ambulance after she complained of labour pain. However, she gave birth to her baby inside the emergency vehicle only before reaching the hospital.

The baby was born without a mouth and head. But the baby died after its birth. Chudamani is undergoing treatment at Bangriposi Hospital hospital.
