A teenage girl of Indian origin Grace O’Malley Kumar (19) was stabbed to death in the UK on Tuesday. She was a university student, who represented England in junior hockey competitions.
She was one of the three victims of murderous attacks in Nottingham city on Tuesday.
Grace was with fellow University of Nottingham student Barnaby Webber when the attacker fatally stabbed the duo.
The 31-year-old suspect then stabbed a man in his 60s to death. He also tried to run over three persons with a stolen van.
Grace Kumar was the daughter of a London-based doctor of Indian origin, Dr Sanjoy Kumar. He had saved the lives of some stab victims back in 2009. But his daughter fell prey to a similar stabbing incident.
