Karni Sena Stalls Rapper MC Stan’s Show, Accuses Him of Polluting Youngsters

Indore: Activists of the Karni Sena created an unruly disturbance at rapper MC Stan’s concert in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore on Friday night. They stopped the show midway. Karni Sena activists alleged that the rapper used abusive foul language in his songs, which polluted young minds.

This concert of MC Stan was organised at a hotel in Indore on Friday night. Both the rapper and his fans were upset by the act of Karni Sena.

MC Stan has won season 16 of the reality TV show Bigg Boss.

Unrelenting protestors of the Karni Sena had to be removed from the venue of the concert by the police.

Speaking to the media, Karni Sena’s Indore district unit president Anurag Pratap Singh Raghav said, “MC Stan is spreading obscenity among youngsters by using foul language in his songs.”

Karni Sena activists alleged that Stan sang obscene songs with lewd words, following which they stopped the show, forcing the rapper to leave the venue, claimed Raghav. Karni Sena activists took control of the stage after the rapper’s departure.

It may be noted that Karni Sena had hogged the limelight in the past for its protest against movies like “Padmavat”.
