Man Dies in Lightning Strike in Cuttack Dist

Cuttack: A man died in a lightning strike in Odisha’s Cuttack district. The lightning struck the deceased when he was riding a bicycle on a bridge in the Salepur area of the district.

The incident took place on the Koli Barpada bridge in the Nischintkoili area.

However, the identity of the deceased man is yet to be ascertained.

Locals spotted the man and immediately informed the police about the incident.

On being informed, police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it for autopsy.
