Pakistani Infiltration Attempt Foiled on LoC; One Injured, Two Captured

New Delhi: Defense personnel posted at the border averted an infiltration bid on the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district. One Pakistani infiltrator was injured and two were nabbed alive.

This foiled Infiltration bid was attempted near Chetan Post in Khari sector of Poonch district, official sources informed adding that “One Infiltrator injured, two apprehended alive”.

Arms, ammunition, and drug packets were recovered from their possession. Around 10 kg of IED has been recovered from terrorists intercepted by the Indian Army and J&K Police while trying to cross the fence along the LoC in the Poonch sector today.
