PM Modi Begins Safari At Bandipur Tiger Reserves

Karnataka: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived at Bandipur Tiger Reserve as part of programmes to mark ’50 years of Project Tiger’. He will release the latest tiger census data at a mega event in Mysuru today.

Reportedly, he will also release the government’s vision for tiger conservation during ‘Amrit Kaal’, and also launch the International Big Cats Alliance (IBCA).

The prime minister will also visit the Theppakadu Elephant camp in Mudumalai Tiger Reserve and interact with mahouts and kavadis of the elephant camp. Stay tuned with India Today for all the latest updates.
