₹ 72,485 Cr Rotal Debt on State Govt: CAG Report

Bhubaneswar: The Comptroller and Auditor General’s report on the financial position of the State revealed that the total debt on the state government is Rs 72,485 crore.

“Out of the total debt amount, internal debt amount is Rs 53977.24 crore,” stated CAG tabled in Odisha Assembly today.

The amount of advance and loan from the Government of India is Rs 18507.82 crore, the report further added.
