Youth Falls Into Chiplima Power Channel, Yet to be Traced

Sambalpur: A youth went missing when he fell into the power channel of the Chiplima Hydro Electric Project in Odisha’s Sambalpur on Sunday night.

The missing youth is yet to be traced although fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and launched a search operation, after getting the information.

It is yet to be ascertained under what conditions the youth fell into the power channel.

The fire services personnel are still searching for the missing youth on Monday.

Local police are also investigating the incident.

A few weeks back, a girl studying in college had also gone missing after falling into the power channel.
