10,000 Jobs To Be Filled Through OSSC In Next 9 Months

Bhubaneswar: During the last quarter of 2022, the State Government has asked the Odisha Staff Selection Commissioner to select candidates for 10,000 posts.

According to OSSC Chairman, Abhay, several lakh candidates have already applied for the posts in November and December.

In a video released by OSSC on Wednesday, Abhay stated that these posts will be filled in the next nine months.

“The OSSC has completed a number of recruitments in 2022. Total 53 recruitments were completed during 2022, which is a record. The maximum in a year by OSSC since 1995 was 18,” said Abhay.

He thanked OSSC staff and officials and the candidates for the process of recruitment carried off smoothly in 2022.

“In a major decision, the OSSC has decided to install jammers for the Mains exams where computers were used, to check hacking,” Abhay added.
