Bhubaneswar Shocker! Minor Boys Punished In Kangaroo Court

Bhubaneswar: Two minor boys were forced to kneel down as punishment for allegedly passing lewd comments on some school girls.

The incident has been reported from Pala Mandap in Baramunda area under Khandagiri police limits of Bhubaneswar on Thursday.

According to sources, the villagers also threatened to socially boycott the families of the boys.

Tormented by the incident, one of the boys allegedly attempted to commit suicide and has been admitted to Capital Hospital for treatment, the sources added.

On the other hand, the Khandagiri police has conducted a marathon raid in the villages nearby said reliable reports.

The police are conducting house-to-house raids after a complaint has been filed at the police station.
