BJD MP Ramesh Majhi Meets Road Accident in Odisha’s Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) MP Ramesh Chandra Majhi escaped with minor injuries after his car met with an accident near Umerkote in Nabarangpur district late Saturday night. The driver and another person also sustained minor injuries in the incident.

According to reports, the accident occurred while Majhi was returning home via Raipur after the conclusion of the Parliament budget session. The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle after a tyre burst, causing it to skid off the road.

The MP, his driver, and the other injured person received medical attention at the Community Health Center (CHC) in Umerkote. Fortunately, their injuries were not serious.

The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation. However, initial reports suggest a tyre burst as the primary factor.
