CM Naveen to Review COVID-19 Preparedness in Odisha Today

Bhubaneswar: In a bid to assess the current situation of COVID-19 in the state, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will hold a review meeting on Tuesday at 4.30 pm.

According to sources, the review meeting will be attended by the Chief Secretary, Development Commissioner, Health Secretary, and senior officials from the Department of Health to remain present.

The review meeting will take stock of the availability of beds in the hospitals, isolation beds in the hospitals and oxygen stock positions such as Oxygen plants and availability of oxygen cylinders.

Meanwhile, Odisha is conducting a mock drill in district headquarters hospitals, Rourkela Government Hospital and Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar on Covid-19 preparedness.
