Maa Tujhe Salam: Odisha Bhaskar To Honour Families Of Odia Martyrs On August 15

Bhubaneswar: As India gears up to celebrate its 76th Independence Day, Odisha’s one of the leading digital media organisations, Odisha Bhaskar is set to honour the family members of the martyred Odia soldiers on August 15 this year.

Like every year, this year also, Odisha Bhaskar is going to organise a programme titled “Maa Tujhe Salaam”, which is dedicated to those who sacrificed their lives for safeguarding the territorial and national integrity of India.

Odisha Bhaskar has also taken the responsibility of bearing the education expense of the martyrs’ children.

For 12 years, on Independence Day, it conducts the “Maa Tujhe Salaam” programme and so far, the responsibility of covering the cost of education for more than 80 children has been done by the organisation.

This year, on this special occasion, the families of five martyrs will be honoured in Odisha capital.
