Poacher Nabbed With 1300 Bullets In Simlipal Tiger Reserve

Mayurbhanj: A poacher has been arrested by district forest department sleuths in Similipal Tiger Reserve on Thursday.

Around 1300 bullets were seized from his possession.

The arrested poacher has been identified as Baig Ho.

Acting on reliable inputs, the officials of the Tiger Reserve conducted a raid and nab a poacher.

However, another poacher managed to escape from the spot.

According to preliminary reports, it was learnt that there are already several cases in his name.

He used to hunt animals at Simlipal and earn millions by exporting their hides and nails.

Further investigations are underway.
