Police Announce Rs 5 Lakh Reward For Information Of Missing Pihu

Jajpur: Police on Tuesday announced a reward of Rs 5 lakh for providing information about Pihu, the minor girl from Jajpur district, who is missing since August 9, 2020.

Pihu hails from Madhusudanpur village under Binjharpur police limits in Jajpur district and is missing for two years.

Several posters have been put up inside Binjharpur Police Station and several prominent locations.

Pihu was two-year-old when she went missing. Her parents had lodged a missing report with the local police alleging their daughter was kidnapped.

Since then Pihu’s family is desperately trying to find her.

In May this year, her mother Monalisa appealed to then President Ram Nath Kovind for Euthanasia.

She demanded that the case needs to be investigated by the CBI or she be allowed to end her life.
