Police arrested 5 robbers after uncovering robbery from microfinance employees

Balangir: There has been a report of looting near OAV School on Khaprakhol-Patnagarh road. Three robbers stole a mobile phone, a tablet and various papers from Khitish and escaped. Balangir District Khaprakhol Police Station Patnagarh SDPO Jyotirmaya Sutha informed.

A complaint was lodged at the Khaprakhol police station. After receiving the complaint, the police under the guidance of the police station was able to catch the robbers on the basis of CCTV footage. Police arrested 5 robbers.

Rs 5,500 in cash, a Bullet motorcycle, a Kala Pulsar and a ladder deluxe were seized from the robbers.

The arrested robbers are Purandar Kumbhar of Kutmunda village, Keshav Barik of Mundapalla village, Govind Kalsaye of Ghunghutipali village, Tarani Jagadala of Valupita village and juvenile robbers of Tusra police station area.
