Police Seize Over 850 g Of Brown Sugar In Balasore

Balasore: Three drug peddlers were reportedly arrested from the Jaleswar region of Balasore district on Wednesday.

The peddlers have been identified as Dibakar Nayak of Baramile, SK Subhauddin of Sasanbad, and Sunita Barik of Patharpura.

Upon receiving reliable inputs from sources placed well inside the crime circle, Jaleswar police sleuths swung into action, launching simultaneous raids at three separate places in the district.

According to reports, over 850 grams of Brown Sugar and a couple of motorcycles were seized from their possession, during the raids.

The police officials have started interrogating the peddlers. Upon interrogation, a possible Bengal connection is being suspected by the police.
