SDJM Court Rejects Serial Extortionist Archana Nag’s Bail Plea

Bhubaneswar: The arrested serial blackmailer and extortionist, Archana Nag’s bail plea has been rejected by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) court on Tuesday.

According to sources, the bail plea hearing of Nag was held via video conferencing mode from Jharpada jail over security concerns.

Reportedly, the police have arrested her for allegedly blackmailing and extorting money from prominent figures like movie producers and politicians in Bhubaneswar.

According to insiders, she used to extort money from high-profile people including politicians, ministers, and film producers making serious accusations against them.

She had moved to the SDJM Court for bail on Monday.
