Six Infants Die Within 24 Hrs At Keonjhar DHH; Locals Allege Medical Negligence

Keonjhar: As many as six newborns died at the Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital due to alleged medical negligence within 24 hours,

According to sources, it was alleged that the doctor did not visit the Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) of the hospital last night, which led to the deaths of the babies.

Following the incident, family members of the deceased created ruckus. Meanwhile, the local SDPO and the CDMO have reached the hospital after tension erupted at the health centre.
