Toddler Mauled To Death By Mad Dog In Bolangir

Bolangir: A 3-year-old girl was mauled to death by a mad dog at Balipata village under Patnagarh block in Bolangir district on Thursday.

According to reports, the incident took place this morning when the toddler was playing on the village road.

Suddenly a mad dog attacked the baby. On being heard, Deepa’s scream, her parents rushed to the spot and freed the baby from the dog in a bloodied state. ‘

However, she was declared dead at the hospital.

On the other hand, the locals, enraged by the incident, killed the dog, reports said.
