Two Construction Workers Killed In Koraput Landslides

Koraput: Two workers were killed in a landslide while working in a railway tunnel located on the Koraput-Rayagada line under Laxmipur block in Koraput district on Wednesday.

The deceased have been identified as Ravi Prapeka from Burja village and Jahruddin from Assam.

According to reports, the mishap occurred in the under-construction tunnel number-2 during the doubling of railway line in the section.

Meanwhile, the bodies were recovered and sent to Laxmipur Hospital for post-mortem.
