India Announce Squads For New Zealand & Bangladesh Tours

Mumbai: India have announced the squad for the tours of New Zealand and Bangladesh.

While the Men in Blue will tour New Zealand for three T20Is and as many ODI games from 18-30 November, India will visit Bangladesh for three ODIs and two Tests from 4-26 December.

Hardik Pandya has been named as the skipper of the Indian team for the three-match T20I series against the Kiwis, while Rishabh Pant will be his deputy. Shikhar Dhawan will lead the Indian team for the ODI leg of the New Zealand tour. Pant, once again will be the vice-captain of the ODI squad as well.

Super King Deepak Chahar features in the Indian squad for the ODI leg of the Kiwi tour. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have been rested for the New Zealand series.

For the Bangladesh tour, Rohit Sharma will lead both the Test as well as the ODI teams. KL Rahul has been named as the vice-captain for both the formats.

Super King Ravindra Jadeja makes a return to the Indian squad for the Bangladesh tour and has been named in both the Test and the ODI squads, while Chahar has found a place in the Indian ODI squad for the Bangladesh tour.
