Barati Dance with Pistol; 2 Youths Arrested in Cuttack

Cuttack: Dancing in a marriage procession with a pistol in hand proved costly for two youths in Cuttack. They were arrested by personnel of Badambadi police station on Thursday.

According to reports, these two youths were noticed to be brandishing pistol while dancing during a barat procession in Badambadi area. After receiving information, a team of policemen nabbed the two youths.

According to police sources, the two arrested youths did not own the gun that they had publicly displayed. An investigation is on to nab the real owner of the weapon illegally used by the arrested youths.

Police are interrogating the arrested persons to know whether they were only showing off the pistol of they were threatening someone.
