Bride Blows Kisses, Mother Smokes Cigarettes, Groom Calls Off Marriage in UP

Lucknow: A groom preferred to call off his marriage during the wedding ceremony because of the indecent behavior of the bride and her mother in Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal. The bride allegedly blew kisses at the guests in a lewd manner while greeting them; while her mother smoked and blew smoke the faces of the people around.

As reported by India Today, the groom and his family were all accorded a warm welcome when they arrived at the wedding venue. But later the the bride’s mother was found to be in an intoxicated state. She danced and was seen blowing rings of cigarette smoke into the guests’ faces.

The bride also allegedly gave flying kisses to the guests in an objectionable manner.

The groom could not tolerate such behavior of the bride and her mother. He refused to take part in the wedding rituals to get married to the girl.
