Head-On Collision of 2 Buses in Balasore, 20 Injured

Balasore: Two passenger buses had a head-on collision on the Tamulwa Bridge under Balasore Sadar police station limits. At least 20 persons were injured in this accident.

According to sources, this head-on collision involved a private bus Ajay traveling from Balasore to Baripada, and another private bus Aurobindo on its way from Bhubaneswar to Balasore.

At least 20 passengers traveling in both buses were injured. They were admitted to the Balasore district headquarters hospital.

Local police rushed to the spot for the rescue operation. An investigation is on to ascertain the reason behind this accident.
