“July 13 Will Be My Premiere, Watch As It Unfolds”: Trump Shooter’s Chilling Post Before Attack

Shocking details have emerged about the foiled assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump. The suspect, 20-year-old Thomas Mathew Crooks, reportedly left an ominous message on Steam, a popular gaming platform, days before the incident.

“July 13 will be my premiere; watch as it unfolds,” Crooks allegedly wrote, according to officials briefing US senators. This revelation came as investigators examined the suspect’s digital footprint, including his mobile devices and laptop.

The investigation uncovered photos of both Trump and President Biden on Crooks’ phone, along with searches related to the Democratic National Convention and Trump’s Pennsylvania rally. Despite being a registered Republican, Crooks’ political leanings remain unclear based on his search history.

Authorities recovered two phones belonging to Crooks, with one found near his body and another at his residence. The incident timeline reveals a 20-minute gap between when Secret Service snipers first identified Crooks on a roof and when he opened fire.

The assassination attempt was thwarted, with Crooks being shot dead shortly after targeting the former president. This incident has raised questions about security protocols and the potential for online warnings to indicate real-world threats.
