Watch: Action-Packed Teaser of Spy Series ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ Released

Mumbai: The action-packed teaser of Raj & DK’s upcoming spy series ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ starring  Samantha Ruth Prabhu as Honey and Varun Dhawan as Bunny was dropped by Prime Video on Thursday.

The one-minute-and-33-second-long teaser has a series of action sequences, including fistfight, bike chase, car chase, explosions, gun shots and vehicles flip. The teaser ends with a dramatic twist as Honey and Bunny’s romance takes an unexpected turn.

‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ is the Indian instalment of the globally acclaimed action-thriller franchise Citadel, originally starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

The series is produced by D2R Films, Amazon MGM Studios and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO.

‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ will release on November 7. This series also has Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar and Kashvi Majmundar in key roles.

Meanwhile, Madden and Chopra have begun filming for the second instalment of the original series. Joe Russo will reportedly direct all episodes of Season 2 of the show.

An Italian spin-off, ‘Citadel: Diana’ is also being made.
