Indian Idol Season 15 Auditions To Start, Announces Shreya Ghoshal

Mumbai: Noted singer Shreya Ghoshal announced on social media that auditions for Season 15 of the Indian Idol will begin in cities across India in next few days.

“Apni awaaz se jeetiye desh ka dil! Indian Idol ke auditions aa rahe hain aapke sheher mein, jald hi (Conquer your country’s heart with your voice. Indian Idol auditions will soon begin in your cities),” she wrote on Instagram on Wednesday.

She added that auditions in Delhi will be held on August 25 at JBM Global School in Noida.

Indian Idol is a popular singing reality show on Sony Entertainment Television. It is the Indian adaptation of the British show Pop Idol.

The previous season of Indian Idol was hosted by Hussain Kuwajerwala and Aditya Narayan, with Kumar Sanu, Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani acting as judges. In the final telecast on March 3, 2024, Vaibhav Gupta became the winner, while Subhadeep Das Chowdhury was the first runner-up.
