OSRTC CAO Possessing Rs 1.47 Cr Deposits, Half Kilo Gold, Kerala Bungalow, Arrested in DA Case

Bhubaneswar: Bijay Kumar Mangaraj, Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer (FA & CAO) of the OSRTC was arrested by the Odisha Vigilance on Saturday in connection with a disproportionate assets (DA) case registered against him. Through a release, the vigilance department confirmed that Mangaraj also owns a two-storeyed bungalow in Ernakulam, Kerala.

During searches at multiple locations linked to Mangaraj on Friday, he was found to be possessing disproportionate assets including double-storeyed buildings in Bhubaneswar, a double-storeyed bungalow in Kerala and two high-value plots in Bhubaneswar.

He also has had deposits of over Rs.1.47 crores, gold 500 gms, 2 four wheelers.
