Pick-Up Van Overturns After Hitting Tree, 9 Labourers Injured In Boudh

Boudh: At least nine labourers were injured when a pick-up van on which they were travelling overturned after hitting a roadside tree near Burpata square under Boudh police station limits on Monday morning.

Two of the injured labourers are said to be in critical condition.

The injured labourers were travelling from Dahakpandi to Subarnapur. They were to be engaged for some electrical work. The driver of the pick-up van lost control and the vehicle hit a tree by the side of the road and overturned.

Locals rescued the injured labourers. Police arrived at the spot and admitted the injured to a nearby medical center.
