Head of Corpse Taken Away from Grave in UP; ‘Black Magic’ Suspected

Lucknow: In a ghastly act, some miscreants dug up the grave of an 85-year-old man and took his head at a village in Bijnor of Uttar Pradesh.

Police suspected it was a case related to “black magic”.

People came to know about this incident when locals came to the cemetery in Khari village of Haldaur to offer ‘fatiha’ (Islamic prayer).

The grave of the old man was found to be dug and the head of the corpse was missing. The locals informed the police about the incident.

This deceased was identified as Kari Saifurrahman who was buried on July 25.

According to police, the locals said that items associated with “black magic” rituals were also found near the grave.
