2nd Incident in 24 Hrs, Ranchi Bound IndiGo Flight Returns to Delhi for Technical Snag

New Delhi: Within an hour after its takeoff, a Ranchi-bound IndiGo flight returned to Delhi airport because of a technical snag on Saturday.

This IndiGo flight took off from Delhi airport at 7.40 am and returned back at 8.20 am.

On Friday, a Delhi-bound IndiGo flight made an emergency landing at the Patna airport after one of its engines became defunct.

There were 181 passengers and eight crew members on board in the flight that made an emergency landing shortly after taking off from the Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport in Patna. Later the passengers were accommodated on another flight.
