4-Yr-Old Girl Shot Dead Outside Home in Bihar’s Patna

Patna: Unknown assailants shot dead a four-year-old girl outside her home in the Rupaspur area of Bihar’s capital Patna on Tuesday night.

The victim lived with her parents in a rented house. Her father, Hari Om Kumar is a medical representative.

On Tuesday night, when Kumar returned home, his daughter was present at the door. While Kumar was parking his motorcycle and his wife went inside to keep groceries, the girl remained outside.

Then someone fired at the girl. The family found the girl in a pool of blood after hearing a gunshot. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her dead.

Police are investigating the case and reviewing CCTV footage from the area.
