7 Students Commit Suicides Across Telangana for Failure in Intermediate Exam

Hyderabad: Stressed by their failures in the exams, seven intermediate students allegedly committed suicide in Telangana in the last 48 hours.

Results of the Telangana Board of Intermediate Examinations were announced on April 24.

Two girls ended their lives in Mahabubabad after they failed in the examination.

Another first year student allegedly ended his life after failing in the examinations. A boy from the Nallakunta area was found dead at Jadcherla near a railway track. Police suspect that he ended his life because of his poor performance in the exams.

In Mancherial District, there were reports of three intermediate first year students dieing by suicide at different places following their failure in examinations.
