Air Pressure Tank Explosion In Khurda Claims One Life, 2 Brothers Injured

Khurda: A man died and two others were injured when an air pressure tank exploded at a tyre repairing shop at Dadhimachgadia Lane under Khurda police station limits in  Khurda district on Wednesday morning.

According to sources, this blast occurred due to excessive air pressure in the tank.

The deceased was identified as Naba Kishore Baral, a tyre mechanic from Kaddiwadi village in the Khurda district. The injured were two brothers, Dev Mansingh and Deepak Mansingh of Chhatrapada village.

The injured were admitted to the Khurda District Headquarters Hospital (DHH).

Personnel of the Khurda Sadar police station reached the accident spot to start an investigation into the mishap.
