Conning Men by Offering Rs 13 Lakh to Impregnate Women! 8 Arrested in Bihar

Patna: A gang of fraudsters conned several gullible persons by offering them Rs 13 lakh to impregnate women who could not get pregnant. Eight persons of this gang of cheats were arrested from Nawada in Bihar.

This gang was operating their racket under the brand name “All India Pregnant Job Service”.

According to police sources, the members of the gang used to identify gullible males and were contacting them through WhatsApp and other social media platforms. They were promising to provide lakhs in return for their “service” to impregnate women.

The interested men were asked to pay a registration fee of Rs 799. After registration, the gang gave their targeted men a set of photographs of women, from whom the men had to choose whom they wished to impregnate.

After that, the men were asked to deposit a security amount of Rs 20,000. The men were told that they would be given Rs 13 lakh if the woman got pregnant, otherwise they would get a consolation amount of Rs 5 lakh.

Following some complaints of cheating, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Bihar police initiated an investigation and made the arrests in Nawada.

Several other members of the gang including the mastermind are absconding. Efforts are on to nab them.
