Delhi Court Extends Kejriwal’s Custody till Sept 25; Grants Bail to AAP’s Durgesh Pathak

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Wednesday extended the judicial custody of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal till September 25 in the alleged excise scam case.

The court however granted bail to AAP leader Durgesh Pathak in a corruption case related to the alleged excise scam.

Earlier, the CBI had filed its supplementary charge sheet before a court against the Delhi Chief Minister and other accused persons in the corruption case linked to the alleged excise policy scam.

The Supreme Court has not yet pronounced its judgement on Kejriwal’s plea challenging his arrest by CBI and seeking bail in the excise policy case.
