ED Raids Premises of Kejriwal’s Personal Secy & Other AAP Leaders in Money Laundering Case

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday conducted searches at as many as 12 premises in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) belonging to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal secretary and people connected to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in connection to a money laundering case.

The places raided included that of Bibhav Kumar, Kejriwal’s personal secretary, and former Delhi Jal Board (DJB) member Shalabh Kumar. ED officials conducted raids at the residence of AAP treasurer ND Gupta, who is also the party’s Rajya Sabha member.

These ED raids follow Kejriwal’s decision to skip the fifth summons to appear for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped Delhi excise policy.
