Five Shops Gutted in LPG Cylinders Blast in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: At least five shops were gutted when two LPG cylinders exploded at a fast food centre at Pandara under Mancheswar police station limits on Wednesday night.

According to reports, a major fire broke out when two LPG cylinders caught fire inside the fast-food centre and exploded. In a few moments, the fire spread out to nearby shops and also burnt down a bike parked in the area.

Fire tenders and police rushed to the spot and doused the fire.

An investigation is on to ascertain the reason behind the fire. It is suspected that an electrical short circuit may be the reason behind this fire mishap.
