Forensic Analysis Confirms Presence of Snake Venom at Elvish Yadav’s Rave Party

New Delhi: In a significant development in the case involving YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav, police revealed today that forensic analysis has confirmed the presence of cobra and krait snake venom at a rave party raided in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in November 2023.

Yadav has been embroiled in a legal battle since the party raid, with allegations of involvement in the supply and use of snake venom. During police questioning, Yadav implicated Bollywood singer Fazilpuria, suggesting the snakes seen in one of his videos were arranged by the singer.

Following a sting operation by the NGO People for Animals last year, five individuals were arrested for snake smuggling. They confessed to providing snakes for Yadav’s party, leading to the rescue of nine snakes, including cobras, and the recovery of suspected snake venom from the venue.

Yadav denies all accusations, stating that the charges are baseless and promising full cooperation with the investigation. However, police have questioned him twice regarding his alleged involvement in the sale of snake venom based on statements from a supplier arrested in connection with the party.

Samples from the rave party were analyzed at the Jaipur FSL, resulting in an FIR against Yadav at the Noida Sector 49 police station. While the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1985 governs drug use, no charges under this act have been invoked as no drugs were found at the scene.
