Miscreants Attempt to Loot Cash from ATM in Sundargarh

Sundargarh: A group of unidentified miscreants tried to cut open an ATM to loot cash in it at Mahulipali under Sadar police station limits in Sundargarh.

According to sources, the miscreants broke the wall of the ATM kiosk and used gas cutters to loot the cash. As per reports, the miscreants failed to cut the cash chamber and fled the scene.

After being informed by the landlord of the building where the ATM was located, local police along with a scientific team reached the spot for investigation.

A gas cylinder was left behind by the miscreants. They have applied black spray on CCTV cameras installed at the ATM to escape identification. A team of sniffer dogs are being used to track down the miscreants.
