Bhabani Shankar Chayani Transferred, Narahari Sethy Appointed New Cuttack Collector

Bhubaneswar: Narahari Sethy, formerly the Director of Higher Education, has been selected as the new Collector for Cuttack district.

The General Administration & Public Grievance Department of the Odisha Government officially announced this appointment in a notification today.

Simultaneously, Dr. Bhabani Shankar Chayani, who had been fulfilling the role of Cuttack Collector, will now assume the position of Director of Higher Education.

It’s worth noting that these changes come on the heels of significant reshuffles within the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre, a move aimed at streamlining operations and facilitating the revision of the photo electoral roll.
