Attention! PNB Customers To Update Their KYC Details Before August 31

New Delhi: Punjab National Bank has notified its customers to update their Know Your Customer or KYC details before August 31, 2022.

Taking to Twitter, the public bank said that the customers whose accounts have become due for KYC updation as of March 31, 2022, should get their KYC updated before the end of August.

Failure to do so would lead to restriction of operations in the customer’s account, the bank said.

The notification reads, “As per RBI guidelines, KYC updation for all customers is mandatory. If your account has become due for KYC updation as of 31.03.2022, you are requested to contact your base branch to get your KYC updated before 31.08.2022. Non-updation may lead to restriction of operations in your account.”

Responding to a query of a customer in the Twitter thread, the bank said to lodge the matter with their customer care service at 1800 180 2222/ 1800 103 2222 (toll free)/ 0120-2490000 (tolled number).
